  1. As reported by Stanford Medical, It's in fact the SINGLE reason women in this country get to live 10 years more and weigh an average of 19 kilos less than we do.

    (And realistically, it is not related to genetics or some secret exercise and EVERYTHING to "how" they are eating.)
